ELM901 is high-bright white LED driver IC with one cell Lithium-Ion/Polymer battery by a charge pumpu DC/DC. ELM185 & ELM186 are APC laser-diode driver ICs.LDM6501 is an all in one type 650nm 5mW LD module in TO-56. ELM14570GA is a IF det. IC working till 15 MHz IF for another special applications.
