DC/DC Converter Module

Step-down DC/DC converter modules that integrates an inductor and an output capacitor with an IC are provided. High-speed load transient response is realized by COT control. Input voltage range is from 2.5V to 6.0V, and the output voltage can be set from 0.6V with an external resistor divider.
