LED driver ICs and Laser Diode Driver IC are available. ELM900 series can drive white LEDs efficiently with 1 or 2cell battery. ELM901 is high-bright white LED driver IC with Lithium-Ion/Polymer battery. ELM915BA is constant current drive PWM controller with fixed off time, which consists of internal switching that can drive 1A peak current and capable of driving single or multiple LEDs in series connection efficiently. ELM916DA is high efficiency LED driver control IC, which drives LED with constant current. Internal charge-pump circuit can drive LED stably through over battery voltage range. ELM185 is lazer-diode driver IC included APC(Auto Power Control).
