Logic IC

ELM7S series is CMOS logic IC which includes one gate in package. ELM7S series realizes high speed operation silimar to LS-TTL and shares the same electrical characteristics as 74HC series. With small package of SOT-25 and SOT-26 package, it is possible to largely cut the assembly space or wiring distance.
