Voltage Detector

Various voltage detector are available for customer applications. There are low dissipation current, internal delay function, dual voltage detection etc. ELM97 series can detect wide voltage range of 0.9V-5.5V(0.1V step), ELM75 series has the feature of low dissipation current of 0.6µA. ELM76 series includes delay function internally so that no external component are required for dely. ELM77 series has dual-detect voltage independently.
