Voltage Detectors

Various voltage detectors are lined up fitting to every customer's application. ELM75 series have one input and one reset output and detect wide voltage range of 0.9 to 5.5V(0.1V step) and they have the feature of low dissipation current of 0.4μA. ELM76 series have one input and one reset output with internal timer delay. ELM73 series have one input and one reset output with external capacitor programming delay time. Manual reset function is prepared as an option. ELM77 series consist of dual detectors having one input one reset output. Two different detection voltages can be prepared individually. ELM7C37xx series have two input and one reset output or watch-dog timer function. ELM7C3771 have two input and one reset output and can operate in a wide range of 1.2V to 18V. ELM7C3773 have a watch dog timer. ELM7C3793 have a two clock input watch dog timer.
